These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of SEO and related services by Silver Horse Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Silver Horse Group provides search engine optimisation (SEO), website optimisation, content optimisation, audits, strategy, and related digital services as agreed in writing.
2. No Guaranteed Results
SEO performance depends on numerous external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, and third-party platforms. No rankings, traffic levels, or commercial outcomes are guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Ensure content and domains you control comply with UK law
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests required to deliver services
4. Fees & Payment
Fees will be agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 14 days. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
5. UK Domain Names & Nominet Abuse Policy Compliance

Silver Horse Group operates in accordance with policies set by Nominet UK, including (without limitation) the .UK Domain Name Registration Terms and Conditions and the Nominet UK Abuse Policy, as updated from time to time.
5.1 Prohibited Use
You must not use any domain name or related service in a manner that:
- Facilitates phishing, fraud, scams, or other deceptive practices
- Distributes malware, harmful code, or malicious content
- Supports criminal activity or unlawful conduct
- Infringes intellectual property or misrepresents identity
- Breaches applicable UK law or Nominet UK policy
5.2 Abuse Reports, Suspension & Enforcement
Domain names may be suspended, restricted, or cancelled by Nominet UK, a registrar, hosting provider, or competent authority following an abuse report or investigation. Contact abuse@silverhorsegroup.co.uk to report any abuse. We will try respond within 5 business days.
You acknowledge that such actions are outside our control. Silver Horse Group shall not be liable for any suspension, takedown, cancellation, or restriction imposed by Nominet UK or any third party.
5.3 Right to Suspend Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services immediately, without notice, where continued involvement could expose us to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk related to domain misuse or abuse.
5.4 Client Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
- The registration, renewal, and lawful use of any domain name
- Compliance with Nominet UK policies and UK law
- All content published on websites associated with your domains
Silver Horse Group does not monitor domain usage on an ongoing basis and does not assume responsibility for client-controlled content or configurations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver Horse Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.
Silver Horse Group shall not be liable for the suspension, cancellation, or restriction of any domain name by Nominet UK, registrars, or authorities.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided by Silver Horse Group Ltd, you may submit a complaint in writing using the contact details published on our website or by emailing our designated support address. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business day where possible and will be reviewed promptly and fairly. We aim to investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account the nature and complexity of the issue. If a complaint cannot be resolved immediately, we will keep you informed of progress and any relevant next steps. Where appropriate, we may request additional information to assist with our investigation. If you remain dissatisfied following our final response, you may have the right to escalate the matter in accordance with applicable policies, including referral to Nominet UK where the complaint relates to a .UK domain name and falls within Nominet’s scope and procedures.
